Anleitungen
Roast the nuts in a pan without fat until fragrant.
In the meantime, spin the washed wild garlic leaves and finely puree them with the olive oil using a food processor or hand blender.
Now add salt, sunflower seeds and the roasted nuts.
Blend again, but not too finely.
I'll serve it with vegan pasta and herbs.
If you like, you can also add grated parmesan.
