Kochutensilien

Zutaten

  • 150 g wild garlic
  • 60 g nuts ( pecan, cashew, walnuts or pine nuts )
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 10 g sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp yeast flakes
  • 150 ml olive oil

Anleitungen

  • Roast the nuts in a pan without fat until fragrant.
  • In the meantime, spin the washed wild garlic leaves and finely puree them with the olive oil using a food processor or hand blender.
  • Now add salt, sunflower seeds and the roasted nuts.
  • Blend again, but not too finely.
  • I'll serve it with vegan pasta and herbs.
  • If you like, you can also add grated parmesan.
