Anleitungen
Preheat oven to 180° and line an 8 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl combine milk and applecider vinegar, stir, let sit 5 min.
In a bowl, whisk oil with sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla and milk. Whisk until combined.
In a second bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, stir. Then add it to the wet ingredients.
Whisk until everything is combined and a smooth batter but don't overmix.
Next, add the blueberries and stir with a spatula.
Pour batter into pan, bake for 45-50 min or until a toothpick comes out residue-free.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
Decorate and enjoy.
