Anleitungen
Mix the nuts, flour, sugar, salt and spices together in a large bowl.
Cut the cold margarine into pieces and knead into the dry ingredients with your hands.
Pour cold water into the bowl and form a ball of dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for at least half an hour.
While the dough is in the fridge, you can grease the cake tin with a little margarine.
Preheat the oven to 180C top/bottom heat.
Pour the dough into a tart tin. Video is in the saved stories on my Instagram channel @danistrailcooking
Mix the ingredients for the filling and spread over the tart base. First the fruit spread.
Then the quark filling and the grated lemon zest.
The tart now just needs to be topped with the strawberry pieces and can then be baked in the oven for approx. 45 minutes.
The tart tastes best warm and sprinkled with powdered sugar. If you like it sweeter, you can also add sugar to the quark filling.
