Strawberry Tart

Zutaten

  • 200 g flour
  • 66 g grated nuts I used almonds.
  • 66 g cane sugar
  • 120 g vegan butter
  • 2 tbsp cold water
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Filling:

  • 3 tbsp fruit spread
  • 100 g Alpro vanilla yogurt
  • 100 g v cream cheese
  • 100 g v quark
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1/2 pkg vanilla pudding powder
  • 1 zest of organic lemon

Topping:

  • fresh organic strawberries

Anleitungen

  • Mix the nuts, flour, sugar, salt and spices together in a large bowl.
  • Cut the cold margarine into pieces and knead into the dry ingredients with your hands.
  • Pour cold water into the bowl and form a ball of dough. Wrap the dough in cling film and leave to rest in the fridge for at least half an hour.
  • While the dough is in the fridge, you can grease the cake tin with a little margarine.
  • Preheat the oven to 180C top/bottom heat.
  • Pour the dough into a tart tin. Video is in the saved stories on my Instagram channel @danistrailcooking
  • Mix the ingredients for the filling and spread over the tart base. First the fruit spread.
  • Then the quark filling and the grated lemon zest.
  • The tart now just needs to be topped with the strawberry pieces and can then be baked in the oven for approx. 45 minutes.
  • The tart tastes best warm and sprinkled with powdered sugar. If you like it sweeter, you can also add sugar to the quark filling.
