Anleitungen
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top and bottom heat) and grease and flour a springform pan (Ø 26 cm) with butter.
First make the fax seed eggs, mix 2 Tbsp flaxseed powder with 6 Tbsp water and set aside
Then mix the v milk with the apple vinegar
Mix the spelt flour, nuts, cinnamon, baking powder and vanilla sugar in a bowl and set aside.
Add the linseed eggs, honey, butter, milk and spices.
Finally, carefully fold in the pears, raisins and pistachios. Pour the mixture into the cake tin, smooth out and top with sliced figs.
Then bake for approx. 40-45 minutes (180°C).
Leave the pear cake to cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into pieces and serve.
