Pea Soup with crispy spicy chickpeas

Zutaten

Pea Soup

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 60 g onion
  • 500-700 g peas
  • 1 tsp salt and pepper
  • 1/4 tsp lemon paste
  • 1 tbsp soup seasoning
  • 200 ml Planmilk princess and the pea original
  • 400 ml water

Spicy Chickpeas

  • 1 thin cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp olove oil
  • 1 tsp each of salt, pepper, chili powder, pepper, kardamon and piment

Anleitungen

Spicy Chickpeas

  • First preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius.
  • Strain the chickpeas and dry them with a kitchen towel.
  • Sprinkle them with olive oil and cover them with the spices.
  • Spread the chickpeas on the baking tray and bake them until crsipy for about 40 minutes.

Pea soup

  • First cut the red onion and put it in a non stick cooking pot with olive oil.
  • Fry them for a while then you can add the peas, the milk and the water.
  • Season the soup and let it boil for about 15 minutes.
  • Pour the soup into a high speed food processor and blend it for about 5 minutes until the skin of the peas has disolved.
  • Put the soup into serving plates and decorate it with the crsipy chickpeas.
