Pea Soup

Spicy Chickpeas

cooked chickpeas

each of salt, pepper, chili powder, pepper, kardamon and piment
Anleitungen
Spicy Chickpeas
First preheat your oven to 180 degrees celsius.
Strain the chickpeas and dry them with a kitchen towel.
Sprinkle them with olive oil and cover them with the spices.
Spread the chickpeas on the baking tray and bake them until crsipy for about 40 minutes.
Pea soup
First cut the red onion and put it in a non stick cooking pot with olive oil.
Fry them for a while then you can add the peas, the milk and the water.
Season the soup and let it boil for about 15 minutes.
Pour the soup into a high speed food processor and blend it for about 5 minutes until the skin of the peas has disolved.
Put the soup into serving plates and decorate it with the crsipy chickpeas.
