Kochutensilien

Zutaten

  • 250 g silken tofu
  • 400 g vegan skyr
  • 3 tbsp shredded coconut flakes
  • 2 tbsp rice syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 pc organic lemon
  • 2 pcs ripe mango
  • 1/2 pc organic lime
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder

Anleitungen

  • Combine silken tofu, skyr, lemon zest, rice syrup, cinnamon, vanilla powder, lemon juice, rice syrup, and coconut flakes and refrigerate until chilled through.
  • Peel the mangoes and dice 1/2 piece and set aside.
  • Puree the remaining mango pieces with 1/2 lime juice in a blender or blender.
  • Add sweetener if necessary.
  • Layer mango puree, mango cubes and cream alternately in glasses.
  • Store in refrigerator until ready to eat.
