Lemon Cheescake parfaits:

Zutaten

  • 50 ml water
  • 50 ml lemon juice
  • 2 tsp agartine powder
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 pkg vanilla sugar
  • 1 tsp organic lemon zest
  • 50 g vegan yogurt
  • 100 g vegan cream cheese
  • 200 g vegan cream
  • 1 pkg cream stiffener
  • 30 g strawberries

Anleitungen

  • Heat the water, lemon juice and agartine in a small saucepan, stirring constantly for about 2 minutes.
  • Allow the lemon mixture to cool down thoroughly and stir it into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Whip the cream until stiff, add the cream stiffener and carefully fold it into the cream cheese.
  • Pour the cream into small glasses, smooth it out, tap it a little on the work surface and allow it to set in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours. 
Before serving, top it with pureed strawberries.
  • Strawberry time is the best time of the year to create delicious desserts.
