Anleitungen
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Cut the onion and fry it in oil with the jackfruit for about 1 minute.
Add tomato paste and spices and continue frying.
Add chopped white cabbage and fry again for 5 minutes.
In the meantime, mix the cream with the linseed flour.
Mix the cream with the sour cream.
Pour the jackfruit-white cabbage mixture into a baking dish.
Pour the cream mixture over it and crumble the feta on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
Serve it with herbs and lemon slices.
