Jackfruit-Cabbage-Casserole

Zutaten

  • 500 g Jackfruit
  • 500 g white cabbage
  • 100 g feta ( vegan )
  • 1 pc onion
  • 250 g sour cream ( vegan )
  • 120 g vegan cream ( Rama )
  • 25 g vegetable oil
  • 25 g tomatoe paste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable paste ( optional )
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp linseed flour
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • herbs and lemon slices

Anleitungen

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Cut the onion and fry it in oil with the jackfruit for about 1 minute.
    Add tomato paste and spices and continue frying.
  • Add chopped white cabbage and fry again for 5 minutes.
  • In the meantime, mix the cream with the linseed flour.
  • Mix the cream with the sour cream.
  • Pour the jackfruit-white cabbage mixture into a baking dish.
  • Pour the cream mixture over it and crumble the feta on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
  • Serve it with herbs and lemon slices.
