Healthy Granola
sugarfree, healthy, vegan, spicy

Servings: 1 backing pan
- 120 g oats
- 120 g cashew nuts
- 50 g walnuts
- 90 g almonds
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 10 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g coconut flakes
- 50 g coconut oil
- 1 tsp shredded linseeds
- 1 tbsp protein powder
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 pcs bananas ripe
pre-heat the oven to 180°C
Smash the bananas and chopp all nuts
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour the granola onto your parchment paper lined backing pan
Bake it for about 10 minutes and then rotate the pan and bake it for another 10 minutes
Afterwards you can rotate it again until it's golden and crispy
Once you remove the granola from the oven, let it cool on the baking sheet
Now you can store it in containers!
