Healthy Granola

Servings: 1 backing pan

Zutaten

  • 120 g oats
  • 120 g cashew nuts
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 90 g almonds
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds
  • 10 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g coconut flakes
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 1 tsp shredded linseeds
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 pcs bananas ripe

Anleitungen

  • pre-heat the oven to 180°C
  • Smash the bananas and chopp all nuts
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour the granola onto your parchment paper lined backing pan
  • Bake it for about 10 minutes and then rotate the pan and bake it for another 10 minutes
  • Afterwards you can rotate it again until it's golden and crispy
  • Once you remove the granola from the oven, let it cool on the baking sheet
  • Now you can store it in containers!
