Crust
- 24 pds Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup vegan butter
Filling
- 1 thin coconut cream
- 2 tsp blue fruit powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp Agar agar powder
Topping
- 1/2 Cup blueberries
- mint leaves
To make the crust, first crush the Oreos in a blender.
Melt the butter and mix it with the oreo crumbs.
Press into a tart pan and press up onto the edge with your fingers. Place in the freezer.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat the coconut milk and dissolve the fruit powder in it.
Dissolve the sugar and agar agar powder in the liquid and simmer for 2 minutes....
Then pour filling on the tart base.
Remove air bubbles from the filling with a toothpick.
To do this, simply prick the air bubbles.
Now put the tart in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
The tart can be decorated with blueberries and coconut flakes.
