Baked-Apple-Porridge with Cinnamon and Cranberries

Zutaten

  • 200 ml vegetable milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 70 g oatmeal
  • 4 thin apple slices
  • ½ tsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 50-70 g cranberries for decoration

Anleitungen

  • Bring the oatmeal to a boil with the vegetable milk, water, cinnamon and salt.
  • Simmer over medium heat for 3 minutes while stirring.
  • In a pan, toast the apple slices until they are slightly browned and soft.
  • Now crush the soft apple slices and mix them together with the nut butter into the oatmeal.
  • Last but not least, you can transfer the porridge into a nice bowl and decorate it with cranberries.
